How do I keep my items fresh?

Products are carefully packaged for delivery or presentation.

However, in order to maintain maximum freshness, please adhere to the following:

CAKES

Cakes are kept refrigerated until delivery/pickup. You should keep your cake refrigerated if it will not be served soon. Leftover cake should be kept in an airtight container. Leftover cake can stay on the counter under normal household temperatures for 2-3 days only. To last longer, keep your leftover cake in the fridge and pull out 15-20 minutes before consumption. *Cream cheese items must remain refrigerated.

COOKIES/BROWNIES

Cookies and brownies do not need to be refrigerated (with the exception of cheesecake fillings or toppings). Cookies and brownies keep best in an airtight container at room temperature.

I'm getting married in the summer. What about my cake?

Buttercream and sunshine are not friends! If you are having an outdoor wedding or a wedding at venue without air conditioning or shade, please instruct your catering staff or family/friends to keep the cake/items in the fridge until serving time.

Can I pick up my own wedding cake to save on the delivery fee?

Although most items can be picked up, tiered wedding cakes are delivery only. Many wedding cakes are stacked or finished on site and require more special handling than the average friend may provide. We also provide setup and any topper/floral arrangement on site.
